POLICY
✦ Please read my Policy and ToS before commissioning. Do not pay beforehand until I've confirmed acceptance✦ DM me on one of my social media accounts/contact info (Preferably Twitter, Toyhouse, or Discord -- links at the icons above). I will need character details, pose, expression, or any necessary details. Also provide references or character reference sheets too.✦ I accept Paypal only (in USD). Provide your email so I can send an invoice.✦ My policy is payment upfront. I will only start after I received full payment. There will be no refunds for completed commissions.✦ If a progressing commission is cancelled, either a full refund or partial refund will be issued. Full refund if there are no progress with the commission, and partial refund when I have completed 50% or more of the commission.✦ No hard deadlines. Estimated time to finish a single character usually takes 2-5 days.✦ I will keep you updated with progress, you can also ask for wips anytime. Changes and revisions can freely be made during sketch phase. No major adjustments once in coloring phase. Recolors and small details are considerable.✦ After completion, you will receive the full resolution picture for personal use via Google Drive. Plus the rescaled version with a watermark for reposting purposes.✦ Please use the watermarked commissioned file if you wish to post the artwork, also provide proper credits to me.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
✦ You, the client, are buying the digital file from the artist.✦ Payment via Paypal only, in USD. No refunds for completed commissions.✦ The artist has the right to refuse a commission request.✦ The commissioned artwork should not be altered or edited without the artist's permission. Do not remove either the watermark or the signature.✦ The client cannot resell the artwork or profit/sell/redistribute it as merchandise for promotion/advertisement of a commercial project etc.✦ The artist has the right to showcase the commissioned artwork to their digital portfolio. The artist may also post the artwork on social media and may mention the client. Let the artist know if you wish to remain anonymous or keep the commission private.✦ Please avoid rude behaviors or it will result in blacklist.✦ Paying for the commission means the client agrees with the current terms of service.-----------------------------
For Commercial Commissions:✦ Commercial usage is 2x the price. Inform me beforehand. Usage of artwork for streaming platforms or others (e.g. Twitch, Youtube, Discord, etc.) counts as commercial usage.✦ Commercial artwork can be used for their in-stream assets (custom emojis/emotes/stickers/banners etc.). Minor edits and modifications are also allowed for overlays, banners, etc.✦ Commercial commissions are still not allowed to be profitted/sell/redistributed as merchandise for promotion/advertisement of a commercial project, etc.
